Coldingham is a small village that lies 3 miles from the A1 and is 45 miles south of Edinburgh.
Berwick upon Tweed with its extensive rail connections lies 12 miles to the south.

The village lies adjacent to the unspoilt village of St. Abbs and its National Seabird Nature Reserve.
Scenic walks and trails along the Cliff Tops or fishing trips from St.Abbs or on Coldingham Loch provide local leisure facilities not to mention the numerous fine golf courses within a thirty-mile drive.

The area is acknowledged as one of outstanding natural beauty.

Within less than hours drive is some of Britain’s finest places to visit: Berwick with its walled ramparts, Alnwick Castle with its magnificent gardens. Floors Castle at Kelso, Paxton House and the town of Melrose with its historic abbey to name but a few.
